SD32303 thru SD32324 is a series of single line, unidirectional, EoS (electrical over-stress) Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) packaged in the very small SOD-323 outline. The SD32303 series has a high peak power rating of 300W despite the very small package outline of the SOD-323. The stand-off voltage ratings of 3.3, 5, 12, 15 and 24 volts facilitate excellent protection of all common logic and analog IC voltage bus requirements. The SD32303 series has a very tight clamping ratio (VC/VRWM typical < 2) which provides superior transient protection when compared to MOV / MLV type products. The series is a perfect choice for space constrained applications where a single voltage bus or peripheral device port requires protection.
